Before going ahead and simply firing your agent, you should consider the possibility that your home might just be
located in a vicinity that has a slow market. In such a case, it might not be worth it to switch to a new agent who is likely to end up making the same amount of marketing efforts and still fail to close the deal for you. However, sometimes it is best to take a fresh start.
Lack of communication and updates
If you have asked your agent to be in touch with you and keep you in the loop about your listing and he is not responding accordingly, it might be time to consider a new agent. But it is always recommended to remind him a couple of times about your expectations before finally parting ways.
